Firefighters are responding to a mobile home fire at 3939 Granite Way in Topaz Ranch Estates.
Reports were received at 3:15 p.m., but the home was 40 percent consumed by the time rescuers arrived.
Firefighters later confirmed that the house was unoccupied. However, they reported the fire was spreading to the front yard and posing a wildland threat.
