The agency's governing board is scheduled to meet starting 9:30 a.m. at The Chateau in Incline Village. It's forecast to be sunny and clear today with a high temperature in the low 80s and a low tonight in the 40s. There's nothing in the forecast in the way of weather over the next little while.
