Wilbur "Roger" Ramsey, 70, died Sept. 4, 2008 in Carson City.
He was born Aug. 26, 1938, in Ohio to Wilbur Harold Ramsey and Mary Margaret Dalzell Ramsey.
He is survived by his wife Ilene, daughters Robin Connors, Cheryl Leach, Deborah Marks, three sisters, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. No services are being held. He will be buried next to his son in Olive Wood Cemetery, Riverside, Calif.
Arrangements are in the care of Capitol City Cremation & Burial.
