A proposal by Park Cattle to develop a 4,500-unit project along the northern boundary of Minden and Gardnerville has been continued until November.
An effort to defeat the project by Dave Brady and Doug Johnson failed.
Park Cattle was asked to submit additional studies to the county commission.
The continuance passed 3-2, with Kelly Kite, James Baushke and Nancy McDermid voting in favor.
