The Bridal Extravaganza is Oct. 12 in Genoa, showcasing various wedding locations and local wedding companies, revealing why Genoa is a premier wedding destination.
The event starts at 11 a.m. in the Orchard House. Wedding coordinators, invitation specialists and photographers will be on hand to discuss anyone's wedding wishes and plans.
At 11:30 a.m., participants can tour the Tahoe Ridge Winery, Genoa Lakes Golf Resort, David Walley's Resort and the Genoa House Inn.
Participants will have the chance to enter a $2,500 raffle competition by picking flowers from each vendor and building a bouquet that will be used in the contest.
Cake and champagne will also be served around 1:30 p.m. in the Orchard House.
Businesses attending the event are The Entertainer, Genoa Floral Creations, Digital Photo Girl, The Event Connection, Borgess Carriage Rides, The Wright Stuff and Sugar Plum Bakery and Treats
