The Heart Beat TV series on Carson Valley begins Friday on Community Access Television, Channel 16. Show times are Fridays at 4 p.m. and 9 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays at 4 a.m., 9 a.m., 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. and Mondays at 4 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Valley residents Jon and Jill Mustacchio are the hosts of Heart Beat TV. Jill Mustacchio, the creator of the Baby Talk TV series, is a yoga instructor who received a Bachelor of Science degree in health education from the University of Nevada, Reno. She and husband Jon Mustacchio, a loan officer with Carson Valley Mortgage, are the parents of three children.
Heart Beat TV's summer programming includes Wise Owl Yoga, news from the Douglas County Senior Center and the Boys & Girls Club of Carson Valley and an extreme ski movie by Brian Sergott.
