Gallery of Trees a success

I am pleased to report that the Gallery of Trees held recently at the Carson Valley Museum & Cultural Center in Gardnerville was most successful. We had a total of 13 trees.

Visitors to the museum chose Trinity Lutheran Preschool's entry as the favorite entry. The title was "Jesus, the Sweetest Gift."

All the beautiful decorated trees may not have been the winner of the people's choice award but they helped to make the holiday gala a huge success.

We hope that everyone who took part in the 2007 holiday gala will participate again next year. Your continued support is vital to our success. All of you are what makes this a great place to live.

Happy New Year and we look forward to next year's holiday gala.
