Carson Valley Inn entertainment


Hindsight appears through Sunday and various duos entertain on Monday nights. Cabaret Lounge entertainment is presented with no cover and no minimum in 45-minute shows at 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 p.m.


Northern Nevada band Hindsight plays a variety of rhythm & blues, classic rock 'n' roll and pop music. Dennis Car and Dina Wixom share lead vocals, Larry Waller leads the band on keyboards and sax, Rico Danner plays guitar, Leonardo Fields plays bass and Derek Autry is on drums.


Drew Baker takes the Cabaret Lounge stage Tuesday and plays until May 11. The band plays a large variety of music, specializing in classic rock. Leader Baker plays guitar, keyboards and is the lead singer. Wayne Carson sings and plays guitar. Sara Costa is on percussion and vocals. Scott Web plays sax, guitar and keyboards and sings. Bob Kuhn plays drums.

Local musicians are invited for an acoustic jam, 2:30 - 5 p.m. May 18, at the Eddy Street Book Exchange. Musicians of any acoustic instrument of any level of experience or those who don't play but want to sing along are welcome.
