Douglas County Parks & Recreation Department and World Gym present Youth Fit Club for ages 10-17, 4-5 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at World Gym in Minden.
Certified personal trainer Jill Fujii instructs youth on weight and cardiovascular training and nutrition advice. Classes include an introduction to marital arts and tumbling.
Cost is $99 per month. Register at the Douglas County Parks & Recreation Department, 1327 Waterloo Lane, Gardnerville.
