The 13th annual Parade of Lights begins 5 p.m. Saturday at Lampe Park, continues on Highway 395 and ends in Minden Park at about 6 p.m. The theme of this year's annual Parade of Lights is "Old Fashioned Holiday."

Grand marshal is Ray Sidney, president and CEO of Big George Ventures, and is responsible for contributions to area schools, the Boys & Girls Club of Carson Valley and for funding the Big George sports complex at Douglas High School.
