After 4 and a half hours of debate, the second reading on Douglas County's growth ordinance was continued until 10 a.m. June 7.
The meeting wrapped up at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday.
Four commissioners agreed to continue the issue another month after hearing testimony from land owners about the ordinance.
