The Douglas softball team split a doubleheader against Damonte Ranch Saturday afternoon in Minden.
The Tigers won the opener 4-0, getting a run in the first inning and three in the second as Stephanie Harper struck out six and walked one in the three-hit shutout.
Emily Weaver drove in two runs and Lauren Hoppe and Marina Diaz each had one RBI.
The Tigers dropped the the second game 3-0.
Damonte Ranch got two of its three runs on errors as Harper struck out four and walked three.
Weaver went 3-for-3 at the plate and Hoppe, Harper and Mackenzie Cauley each had one hit.
