The Douglas boys' tennis team followed its 6-5 season with an impressive showing on the NIAA All-State Academic team, announced last week.
The Tigers had six players, almost half their team, named to the list, which includes players in the state who acheived a 4.0 GPA or better.
Earning honors were Trevor Mitchell, Tim Doran, Robert Shawhan, Matthew McLaughlin, Andrew Tollefson and Kevin Sacherman.
Mitchell, Shawhan, McLaughlin and Sacherman were all starters for the Tigers and three were regional qualifiers.
