A head-on accident closed Kingsbury Grade at about 7:39 a.m. today.
The highway is expected to be closed for at least an hour while the accident is cleared.
Medics at the scene are calling for two evacuation helicopters to transport victims from the collision.
The helicopters are expected to land at Foothill Road and Kingsbury Grade.
