Vickie Ward, 75, a Stagecoach resident for the past two years, died March 22, 2005, in Stagecoach. She was born Jan. 18, 1930, in New York.
Before moving to Stagecoach, she lived in Carson City.
Mrs. Ward enjoyed crocheting, knitting, crossword puzzles and spending time with her great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by sisters Silvia and Jean and brothers Marty and Hy.
Among her survivors are her husband, Charles, and son Larry, both of Stagecoach; son David, of Redding, Calif.; daughter, Alice Padilla, of Carson City; brother Leonard Plotkin, of New York; grandchildren Christine Parrish, Martin Padilla, Sandy, Charles, David, Destery and Beverly Ward and Richard Rehbein; and five great-grandchildren.
No service is scheduled.
Capitol City Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
