A memorial for Lorene "Lori" McDonald, 82, a Yerington resident for the past 22 years, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Faith Baptist Church, 16 Highway 208, Yerington.
Mrs. McDonald died June 16, 2005, at South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington. She was born Sept. 18, 1922, to Roy and Beulah Pryor in Kansas City, Kan.
Mrs. McDonald was a personnel recruiter for the science and aerospace industry.
She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church, and a lobbyist for Nevada transit.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward; and infant son Patrick.
Among her survivors are her partner, Bob Burrowes; children Sandra Borjas, Michael McDonald, Kathleen Davidoff and Kevin McDonald; sister, Sharon Jones; brother, John Pryor; 11 grandchildren ;and eight great-grandchildren.
Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home in Yerington is in charge of arrangements.
