Shelly Hachenberger had filed a no-stalking order against her ex-boyfriend Ennis "Chris" Rasmussen on June 29.

A memorial service for Shelly Hachenberger, 40, a Carson City resident for the past 35 years, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Brewery Arts Center.

Mrs. Hachenberger died July 20, 2005, at her home. She was born March 7, 1965, in San Francisco to David and Sharon McClelland Churchey.

She graduated from Carson High School in 1983.

Mrs. Hachenberger was secretary to the assistant warden at the Northern Nevada Department of Corrections. She was devoted to her daughters.

Among her survivors are daughters Claire and Natalie and her parents, all of Carson City; sister, Stacy Motte of North Fork, Calif.; former husband, Kim Hachenberger of Mound House; grandmother, Dorothy Churchey of El Granda, Calif.; grandfather, Mac McClelland of Yuma, Ariz., and many extended family members.

Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
