Funeral service for Jean V. Prince, 97, of Carson City will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Walton's Carson Gardens. Visitation will precede recitation of the rosary at noon.
Mrs. Prince died April 1, 2005 in Carson City. She was born Jan. 28, 1908, to Benny and Rosina Desiderio in Clairton, Pa. She was the youngest of 13 brothers and sisters.
She married Frank Prince, who preceded her in death in 1979.
Mrs. Prince enjoyed knitting and crocheting and family get-togethers.
Survivors include her daughters Marie Glasgow and Rosemarie Lujetic, both of Carson City; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Entombment will be at Walton Carson Gardens Cemetery in Carson City. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is handling arrangements.
