Douglas swept past North Valleys in three straight sets to set up a showdown for first-place in the Sierra League Thursday against South Tahoe in Minden.
Douglas defeated North Valleys 25-20, 25-18, 25-23.
Whitney Estes had 11 kills, three blocks and 1 ace to lead the Tigers statistically. Cayla Knapp contributed five kills and one ace and Monica Knight had seven kills. Katy Marsh handed out 15 assists and Alex Risko had 9 assists.
Douglas improved to 6-1 in league with five straight victories since losing to South Tahoe on Sept. 21.
The Tigers host first-place South Tahoe (7-0) in a 6 p.m. match on Thursday.
