SILVER SPRINGS

Wednesday: Baked ham, yams, spinach, pears.

YERINGTON

Friday: Brunch - Ham and fancy eggs, hash browns, fruit salad, toast, fruit dish.
FERNLEY
Lunch is served on weekdays at Fernley Center, 1170 W. Newlands Dr.:

Tuesday: Eggplant parmesan with chicken tenders, asparagus, mandarin oranges, roll, cookie.
Wednesday: Chicken and dumplings, beets, citrus salad, apple crisp.
Thursday: Sweet-and-sour pork, steamed rice, stir-fry veggies, banana, fortune cookie.
Friday: Breakfast, 9:30-10:30 a.m. Cranberry-maple French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, peaches, tomato juice.
