Yerington boys hoops falls to Lowry

The Yerington boys basketball team jumped out to an 11-4 lead after one quarter but couldn't hold on. Lowry outscored Yerington 15-7 to take a 19-18 halftime lead.

Mikey Burt, John Little, Dylan Johnson and Derek Lee all scored seven points for Yerington. Lion coach Daron Wildermuth also praised Burt's defensive effort. "He played a great game," Wildermuth said. "He just played awesome."
