The Carson City Chapter of the Retired Officers Association will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Ormsby House Hotel/Casino. A social hour will precede the meeting.
The program includes a talk by Col. Robert Strahn, Commandant of the Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center in Bridgeport, Calif. He will describe the activities at the center. Plans are also to be discussed for the group's 25th anniversary.
All retired officers of the uniformed services are welcome to attend all meetings. Anyone needing transportation may call 841-7347.
