Obituary: Richard Joseph Perlick

Richard Joseph Perlick, 82, a Carson City resident for the past three years, died March 28, 2000, at his residence. He was born Feb. 2, 1918, in Detroit, Mich., to John and Mary Parchem Perlick.

Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Port Huron, Mich.

Mr. Perlick was a retired auto body painter. He loved model railroads and his grandchildren. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Among his survivors are his wife, Arda of Carson City; sons, Edward Joseph Perlick of Long Beach, Calif. and John Richard Perlick and Patrick H. Marble, both of Carson City; daughters, Pamela Kay Marble of Carson City, Cindy Perlick of Long Beach, Calif. and Marlene DeLor of Lake Port, Mich.; brother, Edward Kelly of Port Huron; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

No service will be held.

Private family inurnment will be at a later date at Northern Nevada Veterans Cemetery in Fernley.

Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.

FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
