The selfish adults who complain about the schedules at the county swimming pool should be ashamed. I can't imagine anyone putting his/her needs for a lap lane over those of developing athletes in training or children learning life-long survival skills in swim lessons.
I go to lap swim several times a week for a mere $1.10 a pop and never have been unable to acquire a lane in which to swim. I'm inspired by all the youthful activity going on around me. It gives me energy and encouragement to work with them.
