Gardeners Reclaiming Our Waysides will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21 at the Cooperative Extension Office, 2621 Northgate Lane, No. 12. GROW's new scrapbook will be displayed, new brochures and detailed plans of landscaping the bypass will be discussed. The public is invited.
