The Douglas County Sheriff's Mounted Posse holds its third annual dinner and dance Roundup 2000 July 15 at the Douglas County Fairgrounds on Pinenut Road in Gardnerville.
The evening begins at 6 p.m. with dinner, and dancing with live music by the Comstock Cowboys will start at 7 p.m. Recommended dress is western elegance. Contests will be held for best dressed.
Tickets are $15 for adults; $10 for ages 10-16 and under age 10 are free. Tickets are available from any posse member or by calling 782-4931.
