John Gardiner, 67, a lifetime Reno resident, died Aug. 7, 2001, in Carson City. He was born April 1, 1934, in Nevada to Allen and Florence Barrett Gardiner.
Mr. Gardiner was a long-time member of BPOE in Reno and was an amateur radio enthusiast for many years.
Among his survivors are sons John of Washington and Tim of Arizona and daughter Debby of Reno.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
