A stage structure, part of Super Bowl activities on New York's Times Square, comes together Monday, Jan. 27, 2014. Up to 13 blocks of Broadway in the heart of Manhattan will close to traffic for four days so the NFL can host a Super Bowl festival called Super Bowl Boulevard according to the NFL.
