Walter Gonzalez looks over paperwork during a preliminary hearing at Eastfork Justice court in Minden Wednesday afternoon. He is the owner of Depressurized Industries and is being charged with 7 felony and misdemeanor counts for an explosion which killed one and injured others at his Minden-based plant.
