Wesley Eugene Boyer, age 89, of Carson City, Nevada passed away on Sunday,
April 21, 2024. Wesley was born in Tulare, CA.
Wes enjoyed hunting, fishing, international and domestic travel. He especially enjoyed working at the Lapidary at the Carson City Senior Center. He crafted beautiful jewelry to help raise money for Meals on Wheels. He was also a dedicated coach of youth softball and baseball.
Wes was a member of IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) for 70 years. He was a member of the U.S. Navy SeaBees for 34 years and was a CW04 U.S. Navy Construction Battalion member.
Wesley was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Boyer. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Doris Boyer; and his son, Dennis (Carmen); his grandson, Daniel (Shannon); his sister,
Lila Farmer; and a loving extended family.
