Anne King McLain, age 76, passed away on May 4, 2023 in Reno, Nevada.
She was born Anne Jane King on November 17, 1946 in Toronto, ON, Canada to parents, Robert King and Norma Mearns.
When Anne graduated from High School, she attended a 2-year Administrative Assistant Program and worked for decades as an Administrative Assistant in legal, medical, and social organizations.
Her hobbies included gardening, yardwork, reading, hiking, and animal welfare .She was involved in Alpine Trails Association, Alpine CO. Book Club, and 50 Plus Club.
She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, James McLain of Markleeville, CA; sister, Mary King of Carson City, NV; and sister, Patricia LeClair of Ontario, Canada.
Her parents, Robert King and Norma Mearns preceded her in death.
Per Anne’s request, no Memorial Service will be held.
