George Robert Berry III (“Bob”) was born on April 1, 1959 in Torrance, CA to parents Joyce and George Berry.
He spent most of his childhood in the greater Sacramento Area playing baseball, horseback riding, and at a young age developed a love for working on cars.
In his early adult years Bob moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming where he met the love of his life Dorothy Sandoval and together they had their only child, Evan James Berry. After moving back and settling in Gardenerville, Nevada, Bob started his business, Autotrans, as a master technician and transmission specialist and spent the next 35 years serving the local community and raising his family.
Bob passed on March 1, 2023 and is survived by his only son Evan, his grandchildren Lyric and Adaven Berry, and his siblings Daryl Berry, John Berry,Kathleen Guzzy, and step brother Troy Flowers.
We will celebrate Bob’s life on April 1, 2023 at 2pm at Walton’s Funeral Home 1521 Church St, Gardnerville, NV 89410.
