Born in San Francisco, CA, February 12, 1952, and entered into rest March 31, 2023
in Gardnerville, NV after a lengthy illness.
She is proceeded in death by son Michael Craig and Mom Cora Farias as well as many
siblings and family members.
She is survived by husband Robert Wood and children Kevin, Matt, and Joy wood. She was blessed with eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Nina spent her youth in Noe Valley attending James Lick junior high and Balboa High school before settling in Sonoma County.
Nina spent 22 years as a volunteer and then led the bingo games in Rohnert Park, PAL for 19 years. She loved the memories with family and friends as she gave of her time with husband Woody’s patience as she was also a longtime patron of the bingo games at the Nugget in Reno, Nevada and loved to attend the slot tournaments after her retirement Bank of America.
A celebration of life is in planning and will be announced at a later time.
