NOTICE TO CREDITORS
IN THE MATTER OF
GLEN ARTHUR RICHARDS
NOTICE is hereby given that the
undersigned is a duly appointed and qualified
Successor Trustee of the Glen & Carol
Richards Living Trust Dated July 15, 1998
(Restated November 25, 2014). The Grantor/
Settlor of the Trust, Glen Arthur Richards died
on January 8, 2019.
A creditor having a claim against a settlor or
the Trust, as applicable, must file a claim with
the Trustee c/o Kalicki Collier, PLLC, at 401
Ryland Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502,
within ninety (90) days after the mailing for
those required to be mailed, or ninety (90)
days after publication of the first this notice
to creditors. Any claim against a settlor or the
trust estate, as applicable, that is not timely
filed is forever barred.
