The Junior Pee Wees returned home with a 36-6 victory at Galena High School against the Reno Grizzlies. Coach Shane Thomas said: “Galena is a class act and played with a lot of pride.”

The Douglas Unlimited lost 13-12 against the Carson Senators in Carson City. Coach Mike Dillon said: “Kids played tough and fought the whole game.”

The Tiny Mites played the Sparks Wolf Pack in their first home game. Coach Jake Fair had the following to say: “The Wolf Pack was overwhelmed by outstanding line play on both sides of the ball.”
