Douglas boys soccer falls to Reno

Staff Reports

A second half goal was the difference Wednesday afternoon in the Douglas High boys soccer team’s 1-0 Northern 4A cross-over loss at home against Reno.

Douglas (0-5-1 league, 0-6-1 overall) was coming off a 2-1 defeat against Hug on Saturday and has now lost three times this season by a single goal.

The Tigers have not allowed more than three goals in any game this season, however, they have only managed to put four goals on the scoreboard.

The Tigers play Sierra League rival Bishop Manogue Saturday at 10:45 a.m. in Reno.
