Tre Jackson scored 23 points for Douglas in its 66-35 win over Lowry in the Wild West Shootout seventh-place game Saturday morning in Reno.
Jackson shot 9-for-18 from the field and grabbed nine steals to help the Tigers secure their first win of the season.
Douglas outscored the Buckaroos 38-14 in the second half.
Josh Meza also scored nine points and Dalton Davis seven. Reagan Roberson had 10 rebounds and six points. Ryan Barnes contributed six steals and four assists.
Jackson also scored eight points Friday when the Tigers lost to St. Mary’s 62-20. Meza added five points and six rebounds.
Jackson scored 13 points and Davis eight on Thursday as the Tigers lost to three-time defending tournament champion Jesuit, 72-40. Desmond Hinnant and Roberson scored six points each against Jesuit.
Douglas is set to host Oakland Friday at 7 p.m. and Grants Pass Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
