Romaine Smokey and Nathan Bennett each won individual titles and helped the Douglas wrestling team finish second overall at the Lowry Invitational on Saturday in Winnemucca.

Sparks, which defeated Douglas in the finals of the Capitol City Duals, won the Lowry Invitational with 198 points. The Tigers scored 16612 points to easily outdistance host Lowry, which finished third with 122 points.
Douglas junior D’Art Johnson helped the Tigers with a second-place finish at 140 pounds.
David Tingle won the third-place match in the 145-pound division.
Matt Yaquinto (103 pounds), Steve Magee (135 pounds) and Grant Hall (152 pounds) each finished fourth in his division for Douglas.
The Tigers will travel to South Tahoe today for a dual match that is scheduled to start at 4 p.m.
