Genoa, Nev. — Splash Dogs is back starting today in Gardnerville's Heritage Park. The dogs will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. jumping through the weekend.
The Library Board of Trustees will hear an update on the conversion of the collection to radio frequency ID chips, which will require the libraries to be closed next week. Trustees meet 10 a.m. today at the Lake Tahoe branch, 233 Warrior Way, in Zephyr Cove.
Expect sunny skies and a high climbing to near 80 degrees today. The wind will be calm, picking up to 5 mph out of the north in the afternoon.
