Shannon Litz/Nevada AppealA vehicle caught fire Saturday afternoon after getting stuck in a rut near Center Drive and Rabe Way. Carson City Fire Department Chief Tom Tarulli said the fire was contained before it touched brush. The driver reportedly was transported to the hospital because of a medical condition. Tarulli said the incident is under investigation.
