My observation of the voting record of Assemblyman Jim Wheeler is that he represents the people in his district, not just those that voted for him. In talking with friends of the same political party as Jo Etta Brown, they felt Mr. Wheeler was listening to them, willing to hear their views on issues, and as one told me, he voted for a certain bill the way I wanted.
If you want to talk about an elected person who does not listen to the citizens of our state, watch Sen. Harry Reid of Searchlight, Nev. He votes the way the President wants, not from input from citizens of all parties in Nevada. Prime example, Obamacare.
