Mason Krummes is very ill in Gardnerville from the same fever, that the young man had at Ezell’s place. Jesse Christensen is also seriously ill with mountain fever.

A young lady, taking her first lesson at the wheel of an automobile Sunday steered the machine into a telephone pole that happened to be in the direct path in which the auto desired to go. A damaged radiator resulted.

Mrs. Crampton, formerly of Salt Lake City, Utah has opened a beauty shop in the Luhrs barber shop at this place. Her advertisement appears elsewhere in the classified column.

A Zephyr Cove woman was the object of a wild chase along mountain roads last week. Julie Kusie, who deals at a Stateline casino, told Sutter County, Calif., deputies two men tried to force her car off the highway and punctured her sports car with bullets.
