Reflections Beauty Salon opens in Topaz Ranch Estates
Deborah Boulet announces the opening of her Beauty Salon “Reflections,” formerly Janis’ Reflections II, in the Sweetwater Shops, 3920 Carter Drive, Suite A, in Topaz Ranch Estates. Specializing in perms, coloring, weaves, and haircuts for men, women and children. Waxing and ear piercing services are also available.
The salon is open for business Wednesday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; walk-ins are welcome. Tuesday and Saturday by appointment only.
Boulet received her training at Carson City Beauty Academy completing requirements for her Nevada Cosmetology license and later earned her California Cosmetology license. After graduation she worked at this location for a year with the dream of someday owning the business. She worked at various beauty shops before purchasing a shop in Bridgeport, which she owned for six years. A 15-year resident of TRE she is happy to be closer to home and family.
Patti Felch has been a manicurist in this shop for eight years. Specializing in manicures, pedicures, acrylics, fiberglass and silk wraps, she offers complete nail care services for men and women. Hours are Wednesday through Friday, 9 a.m., to 5 p.m., for walk-ins or scheduled appointments. Appointments can be arranged on Saturdays.
Manicurist Chanda Farthing specializes in manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, jell nails, silks, fiberglass and airbrushing. She is available any day by appointment only.

n The Douglas County Public Library South County E-Branch has moved to the new Holbrook Urgent Care Facility. The facility, located at 1550 Highway 395, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The library kiosk and book exchange will be accessible during business hours; the book drop is accessible 24 hours a day.
