Nina Lee Spradlin passed away peacefully on April 22, 2025, at the Wingfield Springs Rehabilitation Center in Spanish Springs, Nevada.
Nina’s life was a testament to care, compassion, and community. She devoted herself entirely to her family, friends, and the people around her. 1965 she moved from Los Angeles to work at the Carson City Nugget for $.75 an hour. These essential life lessons led her to build an impressive career in real estate, becoming a Top Producer in Carson City and the surrounding areas. Her life after real estate was driven only by her passion for local history and her
legendary enthusiasm for community yard sales.
She touched countless lives—as a devoted mother, a loyal friend, and a respected colleague. All who knew her will deeply miss her vibrant fashion and unwavering generosity.
Everything you do, have fun, but be safe!
Her four children survive Nina: Gary, Raylene, Tasha, and Chad.
A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on June 15 at 2:00 p.m. at the Day Pavilion in Washoe Lake State Park. All who knew and loved Nina are welcome to join in remembering her extraordinary life.
