It is with great sadness that the family of James Michael Bell announce his passing on Thursday February 9, 2023, at the age of 72 years. Born on November 4, 1950, in Compton,
California, to Charles and Marion Bell.
Jim proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1971 to 1978. Stationed at Edwards Air Force Base in Southern California, he enjoyed racing motorcycles in his free time.
Later in life, Jim returned to his beloved Carson Valley where he settled down to enjoy time with family and friends. He was an enthusiastic hunter and gun owner and spent many hours
of enjoyment on the range with his brother and sons.
Jim will be lovingly remembered by his wife Dinah of 25 years, his brother Ron, his sister Sharon, his children, Matthew, Michael, Elizabeth, Sarah, and his nine grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday,February 22, 2023, at 11:00 am at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 14 Veterans Way, Fernley, Nevada.
