Betty passed away in her home at the age of 65 on January 16, 2023 in Dayton, Nevada. She lived a blessed and fulfilled life.
Betty was born in Sunnyvale, California on June 28, 1957. She married the love of her life, Robert Clements, in 1974 and had 3 daughters. She moved to Nevada with her family in 2004 and after 24 years, she retired from the United States Postal Service.
Betty is preceded in death by her father Carmelo Ortiz and her infant son Baby Boy Clements.
She is survived by her husband Robert Clements and daughters: Rhonda Parr (Matthew), Melissa Dixon (Bradley), and Ashley Clements, 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, mother Rosalina Ortiz, and brothers: David Ortiz, Richard Ortiz, Phillip Ortiz, Norbert Ortiz, and Daniel Ortiz.
There will be a celebration of life service held for Betty on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 1:00 PM at The Plaza Hotel and Event Center, 211 E 9th Street, Carson City, NV 89701.
