JACKIE DEAN HOOKS, 67, of Fallon, NV passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 28, 2021.
He is survived by his daughter, Jamie Lynn Thomas and sisters, Tammy and Reanda.
He loved life, Miss Ruby, his family, friends, and poker.
