James Robert Beres Sr., born on June 19, 1943, passed away at age 77 on March 24, 2020, at his home in Gardnerville. Jim was a long time Carson Valley resident and owner of JRB Machine. He enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, and riding his UTV.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mary and son JR (James Robert Beres, Jr). Jim is survived by daughters Jayme (Mark) Lealtad, Jennifer (Mark) Roth and his two brothers and a sister. He had four grandchildren with a great grandchild on the way.
A celebration of life will take place later this Spring.
