WINO plans feast at Atlantis in Reno
The Carson Valley WINO group will hold a feast of food and wine at the Atlantis Casino Resort in Reno featuring the Louis Martini Winery May 23.
The menu will feature imported and domestic cheeses and fruit , pacific crab cakes with a spicy fresh fruit salsa, field greens with walnut vinaigrette, tournedos of beef with cabernet sauce and seasonal vegetables and potatoes, and for desert, bittersweet chocolate fantasy.
All of the food will be accompanied by wines from Louis Martini, which will be represented by Mike Martini, vice president and winemaker at the winery. He will provide special, limited availability and reserve wines for the evening, which will begin at 5 p.m.
