Trinity Child Care plans open house

Staff reports

Because the first week in March is National Lutheran School Week and March is National Art Month, the staff at Trinity Lutheran Child Care Center in Gardnerville decided to have an open house.

The event will be held Sunday, March 8, 10:30 a.m. Children from the child care center will sing during the regular worship hour.

Immediately following the service at about 11:30 a.m., members of Trinity and the community are invited to tour the child care facility, meet the staff and see the children’s art show. Refreshments will be served.

Trinity Lutheran Child Care Center is a Christian preschool and day care facility.

“Our purpose is to reflect Jesus’ love,” said Director Joyce McCormack. Children range from 18 months to the end of 1st grade.

Anyone interested in the center may call 782-KIDS. The church and child care center are located on Douglas Avenue behind Two Guys from Italy in Gardnerville.
